What we promise
Can you promise me rankings?
No. And we won't promise traffic, leads, AI mentions or dates either. Google, other search engines and AI assistants decide, and they change how they decide. What we commit to is the work listed in your order, in the scope and cap shown, and clear reporting on it.
How long does SEO take to show?
Often weeks before search engines re-crawl the pages you changed, and months before you can say what the changes did. Anyone naming a date is guessing. After a migration, some short-term movement is normal, and we can't promise there won't be any.
How do the AI visibility checks work, and can you make AI recommend me?
No, nobody can. No schema field or batch of pages can force an AI assistant to recommend you. What the check does: we run up to 20 prompts you care about through three assistants, plus Google's AI Overviews, and put the results in a citation table. Answers vary by prompt and by day, so we show what we saw and when. Then we tell you what we'd change.

Why are your prices public?
So you can compare, and so we have to say what's in each job. Every price shows its cap: URLs, pages, hours, working days.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are shown before VAT. If VAT applies we show it before you pay, and EU businesses with a valid VAT ID can have it reverse-charged. Put your VAT ID in the brief form. Your order confirmation arrives straight away. We issue the invoice ourselves under Italian rules, from the billing details in your brief.
What's a prepaid month, and does it renew?
It's hours bought in one payment: SEO month, 16 hours, €1,380. Local month, 6 hours, €520. AI Visibility month, 4 hours, two prompt runs and a report, €780. It runs 30 days from the start date we confirm. It doesn't renew. We never charge your card again without a new order from you. Unused hours expire at the end of the 30 days.
What about refunds?
Before we start, you can have a full refund on request. After we've started, we refund the part not yet done. After delivery, there's no refund for delivered work, but you do get the challenge-back round. If we can't deliver what we sold, we refund the undelivered part within 14 days. We don't refund because rankings didn't move. We don't promise that.
What if the work needs more than the cap?
We tell you before we go over. You can buy more hours or a bigger job. If we propose a bigger product, we credit what you've already paid. Or you can ask for a refund of the part not done.
How it works
What's “challenge us back”?
One clarification round within 7 days of delivery, on the 8 audit and challenge products. Ask what a finding means, ask for evidence, ask us to rank the list for your developer, or tell us a fact is wrong. If it is wrong, we correct the report. It doesn't cover new URLs, new scope or a re-audit after you've made changes, and it doesn't apply to fix hours or months.
Do I get a call?
On three products: Standard audit (45 minutes), Large audit (60 minutes) and the Challenge + Fix bundle (45 minutes). Everything else is a recording plus a written list. If you want to talk before buying anything, email or ring.
When does the clock start?
When we have your brief and working access. The working-day numbers count from the next working day after that. Italian public holidays don't count.
Do you work in English with clients outside Italy?
Yes. All reports and emails are in English. We're in Verona, so our hours are CET or CEST. Video is the default, so you can watch it on your clock.
Who owns the accounts, and what access do you need?
You own them. We ask to be added as a manager or editor in Search Console, Analytics, your Business Profile and your CMS, not for your main login. When the job ends we're removed. Don't put passwords in the brief or in an email.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and custom builds. Some platforms limit what can be changed. When they do, we say so in the report instead of pretending. On custom builds we write the ticket for your developer.
Can you get me more reviews?
Only by the rules. We help you ask every customer, and we don't gate (asking only the happy ones), offer anything in return, set staff quotas or script keywords. We don't write fake reviews. It's against the rules of the platforms, and it's against ours.
The free tool
Is the free page check really free, and is my HTML uploaded?
Yes, it's free: no sign-up, no card, no follow-up emails. If you paste HTML or drop a file, it never leaves your browser. If you enter a URL, our server fetches that one public page for you and doesn't keep it. The check still runs in your browser. Our server logs may keep your IP and the address for up to 30 days, for security.
